Terms & Conditions

Payment terms

A 20% non refundable deposit on booking will secure dates requested, with the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure.

£100 inventory/key deposit, fully refundable within 10 days of return, subject to the apartment being left in a satisfactory condition.

Insurance

In your interests please ensure that you have taken out adequate travel / cancellation insurance at the time of booking to ensure that you are covered for reimbursement should you have to cancel, also against personal injury / loss.

Cancellation by us

If for reasons beyond our control we have to cancel your booking we will make a full refund of the payment made to us. We will not be liable for any cancellations charges for travel / flights.

Not included in the rate.

Electricity & Water

Included in the price.

Cleaning

Cleaning will be carried out prior to arrival. Beach towels are not included in the price.  Extra cleaning requests can be made during your stay charged at the local rate (£35 sterling approx) for a full clean throughout. Occupants are expected to keep the apartment generally clean during your stay.

Breakages

There are always minor accidents and glasses / Cups etc: may get damaged during occupation and this is unavoidable. However damage done to furniture, fixtures and fittings will be covered by the inventory/key deposit. The client will be liable to pay any damage that exceeds this deposit.

Non smoking

It is strictly no smoking within the apartments. Smoking outside is permitted and ashtrays are provided
